IBI Healthcare Institute is currently looking for two (2):
Bilingual Healthcare Virtual Assistants – Customer Service Representatives (Bilingual – English/Spanish required) with solid SALES skills!
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound New Patient and Existing Patient Calls.
- Converting phone, social media, and email appointment requests to consults or appointments.
- Exceptional Customer Service To Resolve Calls Completely.
Requirements:
- Exceptional SALES experience is a MUST.
- RN or clinical experience is a plus.
- Experience with Athena EMR is a plus.
- Bilingual (Spoken/Written Proficiency in both Spanish and English) required.
- MUST BE ABLE TO COMMIT to the following rotating schedules in EST (8 am-5 pm, 4 pm-12 am, 12 am-8 am)
